My experience with Prime Moving was excellent from start to finish. The quote was reasonable, and the contract signing and payment process clear and easy. Prime gave a window for when my goods would be delivered and provided regular updates. I especially appreciated their personal approach - every update was from a person, and each call to Prime was answered by a person.

The movers themselves were superb! Arriving exactly on schedule, they were personable and very professional. They delivered my goods with care, and ensured that everything was in place before leaving. I will definitely use Prime for my next move.

We had an AWESOME experience with Prime Moving. They absolutely went above and beyond with the service they have provided. The staff was friendly, helpful and informative from our planned long distance move. We'll be moving to a high rise condominium as well and they understood our concern of the logistics. The movers were so great that they even repacked our mattress that we brought. We received our packages intact (they didn't break or scratch anything). We will absolutely recommend them and we're grateful for their services.

I am grateful I had door to door service to move my motorcycle from Hawai'i to the mainland. Was it pricey? Absolutely, but you are getting door to door, and when you can nail them down to come, they handle it. Not to mention my motorcycle would be going to San Diego, and my destination was the north bay area. I did not get my moving blanket or motorcycle cover I left on the bike, but my bike is intact, which is huge for me. The estimate fordelivery was four weeks, but I received it in three, awesome. The guys who came to drop my bike off were so personable. They took great care in removing my bike from the crate it was in, and we're very pleasant guys to work with. This process for me was ideal, because I needed peace of mind, and PRIME MOVING delivered for me. I would use this company again for the results I received. Much Aloha Guys??

Terrible. The worst! I’ve moved several times in the past decade and while it’s always stressful — this company was the worst! They stole several items and then claimed they were never included in the inventory, after I personally had them wrap and notate the items.

Long story short — they are crooks.

You MIGHT get your items (including a brand new dining table, giant mirror and heavy wooden bookshelf) or… they may decide to take them from you.

Either way — they were rude, incompetent, & ultimately thieves.

Headed into a law suit to force adequate compensation for the items they stole.

ZERO STARS IS MORE LIKE IT.. WE ARE A 28 YEAR MILITARY FAMILY AND THEY STOLE FROM US.. The job was June to August 2018 from San Diego to Hawaii.. This company is completely unprofessional and claim they "care" when they DO NOT.. The packing was horrible, over $5000 worth of damage to furniture and household goods shoddily packed and over $7000 over-budget on the original bid.. many things were also MELTED.. they don't even know how to store things properly en route..WORST OF ALL, THEY STOLE FAMILY JEWELRY THAT IS IRREPLACEABLE.. $1000 WORTH..HORRIFYING CUSTOMER SERVICE.. IT SAYS THEY ARE BASED IN NEW JERSEY BUT THE DUMB CHECK I GOT BACK FOR ALL THE DAMAGE WAS $165.00 from CITY MOVING IN WEST HOLLYWOOD?? TOTALLY ILLEGITIMATE COMPANY MAKING MONEY OFF OF TRUSTING PEOPLE.. DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY THESE PEOPLE.. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY NOW..IN A LONG MILITARY CAREER THIS WAS THE WORST MOVE EVER.. I HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS..AWFUL HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE.

My mom had just died, I was wanting to move some of her furniture/personal items home w/me. I was very distraught w/her death, I was the only one to deal w/everything thus saying I was overwhelmed, hum more like I was a basket case, so from the beginning I was kinda a special needs person. I was very up & down about when and what I was going to ship, as I had very little money/space to work with. The folks at Prime really worked w/me very compassionately! They kept flowing w/all my changes right up to the very last minute, which was huge! they were extremely professional/polite.

I had to fly out before they picked up thus I left 2 of my very dear friends in charge of everything (thank you Beth and Karen)..somehow in all the confusion there was an error on my bill which was never noticed until delivery. this caused a problem as it was a Saturday & there was no one that could resolve the issue, they said I owed them $1,000.00 more! thus they would not deliver it & they drove off w/my beloved mothers things, this was very devastating!

Monday I spoke w/a supervisor Frank who said he would have to look into all of it, he got back to me at the end of the day. He found the error & yes it was on them, he wasn't happy (i don't blame him, they lost $1,000.00) but he knew he had to make good of it, especially during this time when everything was so crazy.

The crew was here at noon the next day (which actually was just a few hours ago) I can not PRAISE them enough! they worked extremely hard, were very professional/polite and they were having a good time, they were teasing each other laughing about this or that which also made everything much easier, they were a JOY!! they really did work extremely hard (oh yea I had a 800 pound pool table)

Then to top it all , the bolts were not w/the pool table for the legs!! so I called Chris their boss, told him what happened and god bless him he had the crew stay here wait for me to go to nearest hardware store to get bolts (town is 1/2 hour away one way) took about 90 minutes! got back the crew put the legs on, set up table exactly where I wanted and off they went!!

Prime Moving went well above the "call of duty" I want to thank all the folks at Prime for helping me w/this very challenging move during these extremely scary times.

We were a pretty easy move. Not many fragile things and not many things in general. We packed up pretty much everything ourselves. Everything went great for the most part. I think they do a poor job of keeping you updated throughout the process in general and I was extremely distrustful of the updates (different people had different statuses for our stuff), it's easy to make excuses or fake updates when you can't rely on a website from the shippers and even then, people have to pick up and sort the containers that come in (took a long time). I had to ask to be updated more often and after than, my rep (Tyler) did a great job.

The move took a long time and hit the longer portion of our estimate (the excuse was covid). I'd recommend Prime to people but I do wish that they did a better job with updating their customers but in the end, with these types of things, you have to take the company at their word unfortunately.

I used Prime’s services to move us from Manhattan to Maui. We had bought a new place there and were starting our semi-retirement.

The cost was reasonable and there were no delays with the pickup or delivery which was impressive considering the distance of the move.

The moving team used high-quality materials to pack our things and took great care of them while moving them into and out of the moving van.

I plan to recommend their services to any of my friends and neighbors looking for a reliable moving company.

Prime assisted us with our move to

Honolulu as my wife got a job offer there. We didn’t have that much to

Move but we needed great care taken with the things we did have. Prime packed our things with high-quality materials and shipped our things from SF and delivered them to

our new condo as scheduled. They wore protective gear throughout the packing and un-packing process.

There were no cost over-runs following the move which we really appreciated. I would recommend hiring them to manage your long-distance moves.

We hired Prime after we researched the moving companies in our area that have handled mainland to Hawaii moves extensively.

The estimate came in as reasonable and the move itself went very smoothly.

We only had about one bedroom of things to move from our Manhattan apartment but we needed the moving team to pack our things carefully and move them with great care. Prime came through for us our things were delivered to our new condo in Honolulu in about a week right on schedule.

They promise you one thing and change prices and terms. They sell you a full blown service and then surcharge you over details buried in the contract.

We were suppose to have 30 day storage after the goods arrived since we travel a lot. They told us it was covered but ends up they are counting in transit time as storage as well!!!

Stay away from these scammers.

They also go by several other moving company names. Total racket!!!

Overall, my experience with Prime Moving, during my relocation from Hawaii to the mainland, was very positive. From the initial sales contact with John, the coordination and follow up from Joshua and even my billing questions with Ana, all responses were done quickly and professionally. Super friendly and helpful.

Be mindful of providing exact details and dimensions, because that initial quote for cubes can be exceeded very quickly and inflate your moving costs. This seems to be the norm though within the shipping process.

My items arrived within the time frame "promised", everything intact and no damage.

I would recommend Prime and would use them to move back to the islands.

Prime Moving was great from the start. I got a quick response from Leo as soon as I asked for a quote. He was straight forward with the estimate and I did not hesitate to pick Prime since the quote given was fair. At the day of shipping my belongings they were quick and on time. They did a full inventory of my items and took pictures of them as well. The day of delivery went well. Very quick and no damages to my belongings. Some boxes look beaten up but I expected to see that. In all my experience with Prime was excellent. Leo and Joshua were responsive whenever I had questions. Would use again for my future moves if needed.

Planning and actually doing a permanent move from Makaha to Oregon was quite stressful. Picking a moving company was mind boggling until a close friend of ours recommended Prime Movers. Leo, our contact person was very patient and explained the details to complete the transition from Makaha to Oregon. The packers were very effective and very respectful of the items that were packed, they took the time to answer any concerns I had; they put my mind at ease. Estimated time of delivery was 6-8 weeks. Delivery time was much less, like the moving, delivery went smoothly, they were present when we did the inventory of boxes, everything arrived intact, with no damage. I would highly recommend Prime Movers. Their employees were very well trained not only in packing but in their interaction with their customers they were friendly and very respectful.
